Body Sculpt Post Rehabilitation
bridging the gap from therapy to training. We offer a world of opportunities to those formally restricted or limited to specific training. Offering a safe modality for weight training and body conditioning targeting acute injury and chronic pain that are common inhibitors to successful fitness regimes.
The most common of these inhibitors, that of the knee, spine and shoulder, we teach exercise progression that safely builds strength and stability around the joint regardless of the pathology and can identify limitations that should be referred to therapy.
